Non-dairy alternatives to cow’s milk are becoming more and more popular, with many people choosing to switch to plant-based options. When out and about, knowing what you can get and where to find them can be very handy, and saves the awkwardness of having to ask – especially as some places don’t advertise it on their boards! Whilst most places charge an additional fee for milks such as almond and coconut, soya will almost always be free of charge.

If you’re just finding your feet with swapping to plant-based milks, here is a handy guide to some chain stores, and which dairy-free milks you can expect to find!
